forearm is red card for sure, no need to be leading with raised elbows for any other reason than to cause injury, head clash though is a joke, at speed 2 people moving its near impossible to avoid in some situations, it essentially handicaps the defensive players as they have to give advantage to attacking player to avoid a needless red card. When the shoulder is next to the head, anatomically speaking, doesn't make sense when the player is trying to use their shoulder in effecting a tackle
