Another one of those games for Wales in the Gatland era. Winning by a comfortable margin against a SH team to then unfortunately lose it. I think it genuinely took a long time to get the ‘we’re Wales so we shouldn’t be beating South Africa, Australia, New Zealand’ attitude out of our minds. Gatland transformed us into a nation that hopes into a nation that expects. Can’t ever be underestimated.
Wales 🏴 *Tries:* J. Hook, T. Prydie, A. Wyn Jones *Conversions:* S. Jones (2/3) *Penalties:* S. Jones (3/3) *Drop Goal:* J. Hook South Africa 🇿🇦 *Tries:* O. Ndungane, D. Potgieter, J. de Jongh *Conversions:* R. Pienaar (2/3) *Penalties:* R. Pienaar (4/4), F. Steyn
Well the Boks beat you again in RWC 2015. Close but as ever NH teams rely on penalties given by NH refs! Definitely a pattern here? Mud plugger rugby is yesterday's news! Recycling the ball 20x and no score? Go figure?
Well played Wales. Boks just gave away too many stupid penalties again. They looked tired mentally and this was far from our best 15. The fact is that the Southern Hemisphere is still ahead despite the improvement up North. The Boks were average but won and that says it all.
@gta4motherf we always start off playing a blinder and the other teams learn our tactics, we should be sneakier like the other teams and play slow to start and learn the moves
If it's not this year, then I don't think they ever will. I'm a Welshman, and this is the best shape our boys have been in for a long time. SA are the toughest team in the world, I'm pretty certain of that. Good luck boys!!! I'll be there!!!!
