Drill 2: Perform 2 sets of 3 eachside reps.
Drill 3: Perform 2/3 sets of 6 reps.
Build up the intensity each set.
👟In the Kicking Section the set and reps are as follow:
Drill 1: perform 2 sets of 10 reps, do 3 reps on the weaker foot
Drill 2: perform 2 sets of 10 reps, do 3 reps on the weaker foot
Drill 3: perform 2 sets of 10 reps, do 3 reps on the weaker foot
Build up the distance each set
💥In the Fitness section here are the reps and sets:
Session 1: 40seconds rest 4 reps, 3mins rest, 2 to 3 sets.
Repeat and build for 3/4 weeks
Session 2: 30seconds rest 3 reps, 3mins rest, 2 to 3 sets.
Repeat and build for 3/4 weeks
Session 3: 8 Reps, 3mins rest, 2 sets
Repeat and build for 3/4 weeks
