Ruger Releases A 10mm LC Carbine!🔥 

Any new 10mm is good news for us 10mm fans. A new 10mm carbine is great news. Hopefully it sells well and other manufacturers begin to pump out 10mm carbines.

It is selling for sub-$800 this week at local gun stores and some shops online

And now, the wait for the charger has started...

My M&P 2.0 in 10mm runs everything flawlessly. I have it loaded with the underwood 140gr extreme penetrator right now, but it runs the heavier loads too.

Already have the 9mm PCC it's one of my favorite guns...

Nice of Ruger to step up when no one else will. I agree with you on the price point tho, I’d rather see it around 6-700. Also while we are on Ruger and 10mm. I’d like to see a new line of full size pistols from them that would include a 10mm offering. Their American pistol line is dead in the water and they need something new in that market.

I just FFL'ed a 10mm Bear Creek Arsenal PPC. Very affordable! I don't know how it runs yet! I just thought it would be a great match with my new G40 long slide. May you could do one of those amazing reviews you do on this one!

SEALs have used pistol caliber in special operations a long time. 10mm carbine is very effective. I have used the hi point on armor,gel, steel plate. Carbine unlocks the 10mm

220 grain LWFN would be great bear medicine. Probably get around 1400 fps with that = 950 ft/lbs KE

Key issue to mention hear imo is the function, since straight blowback 10mm’s have had issues. Is it a rotating bolt or delayed blowback design? If not, CMMG might still be your better bet.

I have a Rock Island 1911 in 10 mm single stack and I have one magazine from the factory and two magazines from Wilson combat, and I tried running PPU 170 grain or 180 grain hollow points can only get three of those shells in my magazines before they start hitting on the front because the ojive is too wide

A stiffer recoil spring in my 10mms for full power bear loads.

Suppressors are a pain in the butt. Once you fire your own suppressor , and feel how great it is, you'll kick yourself in the butt!

Need to have it in the Charger configuration. I'm not super excited about any PCCs. Super long and $1000 is a bummer for 10mm. I would but with a 6-10" barrel with a pistol brace.

There needs to be a mag holder “front grip” made for these IMHO.

They need to make smooth operating drum mags for this thing, And an autoseer...with laser = perfectly symmetrical opposition, it's only fair.

I've long been a fan, as the result of both personal and professional experience, of calibers starting with a "4" for serious personal defense purposes. And yes Virginia, the 10mm is a forty caliber in 'Merican measurement. While I don't currently own a handgun or carbine of any make or model chambered in 10mm I'm seriously looking at changing that. However, I don't see a 10mm or .45ACP LC Carbine showing up under the Christmas tree mainly due to the cost. Even at $900ish it would be more than a house payment for The Lovely Bride and me. So maybe. Just maybe I'll give in and buy that Glock in 10mm that has been gathering dust at a local gun shop for a couple of years now....Even though I'm not a Glock Fan Boy and never have been. But I do like the 10mm. I just wish Ruger would go back to producing a .44 Magnum carbine with rotary magazine and wooden stock. Now THAT was a nice little truck gun capable of taking deer and hogs while also being good for home defense. But that would mean going back to their roots. And we all know that ain't goin' to happen.

Haven't had trouble with it so far, but I've only had AAC FMJs in it; was planning this week to try the Buffalo Bore, coincidentally. According to BB's site some 10mm pistols have problems with spicy loads because their recoil springs ain't stiff enough. They make after market stuff like that for M&Ps? Hopefully mine will work but just in case...

10mm ammo is very close to price of 300blk...and there are 300blk rifles in that price range...i think ill just go 300blk :D

Probably too "aggressive" looking to be legal in NY State? 10 Max magazine here too. But this could be a decent SHTF offering. Right now, Their Mini 14 in 5.56 Stainless would be my first choice. Again, above $1K. Guess we're going to have to wait till the Community Experience brings back results for real life performance across the gamut.

I bought me a Ruger SR1911 10 mm pistol about 4 years or so ago and paid about $900 for it and I got quite a few other guns too. I told myself a while back I'm not buying anymore guns I'm done and now this comes up. Here I go again probably. But with this inflation right now it'll be a long while

I have been happy for years with my TNW Aero Survival Rifle. And yes, it uses Glock Mags. Too bad they don't get the following I think they deserve. And they have been selling them for 599 for a while now. Cheers!

Using the most powerful numbers from the Ballistics by the Inch website, a 16" 10mm carbine shooting 180 grain Buffalo Bore ammo produces 16% more muzzle energy than a 16" 45acp carbine shooting 185 grain +p Buffalo Bore ammo. Compared to a 16" 9mm carbine the 10mm has 63% more muzzle energy and the 45acp has 40% more muzzle energy than 9mm. In case anyone is interested I looked up the data for 357 Sig, 40sw and 357 magnum and those percentages are - 40sw is 33% more than 9mm - 357 Sig is 3% more than 40sw - 45acp is 3% more than 357 Sig - 357 mag is 26% more than 10mm - 357 mag is 106% more than 9mm.

C'mon the first 10mm pcc came out years ago. It was a Hi-Point. Yeah it only came/comes with one 10 round mag. But it was the first, ugly as sin, ran like a top though and a bargain too boot. The Hi-point 1095 was the moped of pcc's. It'd get you where you wanted to go, but you didn't want anybody to see you with it.

This is one thing ruger needs to do. I’m not using another companies mag. Ruger mags only. After market mags . Ruger mags only. Not promote some one else. Are you saying the Glock is better than your product. Stamp them ruger so I get paid. The camp 9 from Marlin with iron sights. Looked like the ruger American rifle. Ask them. When are they bring back the Marlin camp 9 in 9mm and 45 ACP. Wooden stock. They are selling for over a 1K. Each. 10 mm version-40 cal-380-25 ACP and 32 ACP version.

What? They finally did it!!! ... The entire community has asked for this for how long now? I would have built out my Ruger PC carbine in 10 mm had it been available at the time. Tandem crossed it and still enjoy it quite a bit. Hope this functions well as I'm slightly embarrassed to pull out the hipoint 10 mm (works well though) and want to replace it with something with a little higher capacity than just single stack 10 rounders.

JUst picked up the last one from a vendor for around 850. They are selling out fast online and the ones that are left are going for $1000, especially if you factor in tax and shipping. I was going to wait it out , BUT I dont expect the prices to go down on these simply because 10mm is the most powerful round they offer for this platform. The 45 variant is ok, but you dont get that capacity. The 10mm comes with a 30rd mag straight out the box. I told myself I wasnt going to buy anything else for a while, but this happened, and when it did I jumped on it. Your local stores cant even get one and most dont have it in their supply system

Bearcreak arsenal makes a AR PCC in 10mm and you can get it for under 500$. I have a 10.5 model with brace and I love that gun it runs fine and uses glock mags. Just be sure to check all the screws and use blue locktite. They also have one in 45acp

Man, I've been trying really hard to not have to stock another caliber ammo, but... I like this. I bet the mags don't cost as much as for my SRM 1216.
