Well you got some of Rugrats right, exspect they are all dead but Angelica, she imagines them all alive so she can deal, and the adults play along. The twins were actually one baby but, she didn't know if it were a boy or girl so therefor she created two babies. Its a really depressing show actually, and btw "Alll grown up" was not written by the same person.
