HAPPY BIRTHDAY KING!!
I was pretty torn on whether to include vines in here but during my Rui vine search, I ended up finding some that would go well with the whole cast so they ended up going into my folder for a future WXS vine video- so I hope those who requested vines won’t be too disappointed!
But yes! Happy birthday to our resident law breaker, Kamishiro Rui! If I’m being honest, he was definitely the selling factor in terms of character design that drew me to WXS initially! Emu won my heart in the end but hey, he’s still best boy!
He’s gotten some good development as well through the various event stories, and it’s nice to see him being protective over his friends when it counts. He also has a way with words…very… hard and fancy words…… so a big thank you too to the birthday boy himself for improving my vocabulary of words I’ll probably never get the chance to use in a casual conversation, I guess- LOL
May everyone who watches this video get good gacha luck because i sWEAR… when…..when will a rui 4* ever come home….?? W h e n ?!2?1!?1!??
BUT HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN! And three cheers to many more birthdays to come!

Rui! Okay his relationship with Emu is something I really love from the snippits we get from them. (cough cough Rui cussing out Emus brothers in Smile of a Dreamer) also he's just generally a fun character and really well written. His attachment issues is honestly a part of him I really like. Rui was a character that seemed suspicious and boring from the first glance on WxS... I mean, those characters that look like they know more then they let on and wear that stupid grin... So that's why I don't liked him much before reading their band story. And then I read Band Story and first Rui event. And now he's one of the favourites, like the rest of Clown Gang. I guess I'm just weak for characters with abandonment issues... But I really like his character now, because despite his crazy antics he still cares about his friends and scared of loosing them like he did all his childhood. And he genuinely want to make people smile,,,, Happy birthday, Crazy Alchemist/Scientist/Director/Weirdo!!!

It’s actually the opposite for me I recently started playing pscs and when I saw the all the W x S members I saw some purple haired guy with some cyan streaks (aka our dear Rui, I didn’t knew his name back then)with a big grin on his face He looked.... interesting and peculiar if I were to be honest Then I read his character information and he instantly became my top favourite pj sekai characters ever lmao.
