Ingredients:
For Fish Marination:
- Rohu fish - 400g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
For Curry:
- chopped Tomato - 1 Medium size
- Slit green chilli - 5 nis. ( total )
- Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp ( according to taste)
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp ( optional)
- Nigella seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil - 3-4 Tbsp + 1 tbsp
