That was some funny shizzle, when the tailgate closed on "hookup"! 1 bad thing about the bed camera, is you can't see the ball in direct sunlight, at least not in my 2019, I'm still waiting on my 24 platty 4fiddy. there was a fiberglass deflector(shield) that resembled a "wing" to potentially shade the camera i was looking at. Don't tighten the bolts on the gooseneck with weight on it. Unhook it again then tighten the bolts. The weight is all on the thru pin and will wear it out and the holes it goes thru.
