Take a ride on the all-new Vikingløp water slide at Rulantica indoor water park in Rust, Germany. The attraction is part of Rulantica's new 'Nordiskturn' expansion which features an elaborate diamond mine theme. The new slide starts from a seperate tower which is also themed from top to bottom. Once riders have reached the top floor of the slide complex, a lifeguard will ask them to wait for their signal. As soon as the previous riders have started their ride, guests may proceed to the slide where they have to wait for the countdown and the green light thereafter. Below the traffic lights, some artificial jewels have been integrated into the wall which gives the ride a nice touch. Being almost 190 meters in length, the eight-lane racer water slide is the longest ProSlide RallyRACER slide ever built. The attraction is fitted with three so-called RallyPOINTs (straight side-by-side sections with low separation walls where opponents can watch eachother) - one right after the start, another one halfway through the ride and the last one right before the final drop. The ride is surprisingly intense, especially when choosing one of the center lanes as these tend to feature more intense twists. To date, Vikingløp is our second-favorite RallyRACER after Splash & Furious at Soaky Mountain.
