Rule 60 provides the rules on Replevin. Replevin is an action for the recovery of personal property. As a provisional relief, it allows a plaintiff to retain the contested property during the pendency of the action. A party praying for the recovery of possession of personal property may (1) at the commencement of the action; or, (b) at any time before filing of an Answer, apply for an order for the delivery of such property to him.
