as you mentioned that a transferor can not create successive interest in the property transfer, but as far as my knowledge is concerned he can create successive interest in a property but all transferees must be living at the date of transfer.
@@AnandLawAcademy sir one doubt..agar Ultimate Beneficiary majority attained karne ke baad bhi last life interest jinda rahata to is case main property kab ultimate Beneficiary ke pass jaega.....? Q.2 aur jo maximum period extend hotae according to condition means last life interest marne ke baad se wo majority attained karne tak property kaun hold karega.....?
