Absolutely fantastic animation, the aesthetic is exactly what I love. That’s not even getting into how expressive the characters are. Their entire body language from face to legs is really well done. I bet I could take a screenshot at a random time and tell exactly what the characters were feeling/thinking in that moment by their body language and the way you use colors. You are criminally underrated and I now must watched every one of your videos.

I can kind of see some resemblance to the mythical Opium bird in the yellow lady's mask, and I feel like that extra bit of (probably) unintentional referencing just makes it a lot better

I think half of the views for this video are me because I watch this video every time I get home after school

Before I launch into speculation, I just want to say I adore how you make non linear scenes fit so well and seamlessly with each other - the back and forth matches the tone of the story, esp with novas memories and all, and I think it's amazing. I went back to rewatch deuce deuce deuce because they seem related. There's a few similar scenes: lisitea being underwater, (though she seemed much less at peace in deuce); the sort of mesh between nova and mara; similar setting, with the columns; lisitea and novas interactions. Eta: in sleepwalk, after lyn bashes dt and novas heads together, we get similar "flashbacks": as in, I am 90% sure that those are NOT dt/nova/lyn but the queens. It's odd because while they seem to tell the same story, it has a different tone. In deuce, Lisitea was crying, and generally not very happy - here, she looks a bit crazed, maybe overconfident. The very first scene here has her eyes turn from red to blue, which I'm taking to mean that she wants to kill Mara as well, or maybe just wants the crystal. I'm not sure though what this 0:15 means. If Mara grabbed the staff, shouldn't it turn blue? So then did lisitea take it? The rest of the animatic has parallels between Lyn and Nova and Lisitea and Nova/Mara. I love how you had the zirconium pants part be Lisitea with Lyns appearance, it's so fitting. Nova seems to act more like Mara once she changes appearance? So I'm not sure whether it's supposed to be a flashback. But still, what's interesting to me is how they accuse Lisitea of killing Dalia, basically spitting facts, and Lisitea has the "I was observing the birds" lyric, which matches so well, because from what we've seen, Dalia and Lisitea were on good terms (idk if it'd be wrong to say that they were in love? They certainly acted...not straight - sleepwalk flashbacks), and she doesn't seem regretful, more like embarassed. And power hungry. Now, huh...what's going on at 1:05?? Is DT okay? I grew attached to her :(

Im not gonna lie, this is literally the backstory of a Brightshadow character, but without the character ending up in a show about the the mundane life of the embodiment of death and depression, killing people and then eating a fucking pb and j. And that character is literally a female version of the said death guy, and is secretly a queen from medieval times, killed for being lesbian. I also made the show, and have been for 11 years. Great animation btw😊❤

Visuals are very good as well as the choice for colors, you also convey characters emotions great, and your artstyle is pleasing to look at! But I will be that butthole that leaves criticism because it's usually what comment sections of videos like this lack. I honestly didn't understand anything that was going on in the video in terms of its plot. We as authors know our stories well, we tend to replay it over and over in our heads, so it could be hard to see the final product from the perspective of the viewer who isnt familiar with your lore. That was basically the first good advice that my class was given at the animation school i went to. Everyone was making storyboards with stories that seemed very interesting but hard to understand. So, if you are aiming for making your story for your viewers, I would recommend you to try to focus on your storyboard and storytelling aspect of work, because in terms of visuals, you are already well formed, animation and art are great here. But if you are actually creating your videos for yourself first-hand, which could easily be the case, then you dont need this advice and should just enjoy your work as it is. However, if you liked the advice, one way that you can improve, is to basically show your storyboard to different people, other artists, and ask what do they see and how are they understanding the story. Another way to put it - good animation should be somewhat understandable even if we turn off the sound in the video. Rn I see your characters interact with each other a lot, everything is moving quite fast, but other than there is some kind of conflict between two characters who used to be either friends or classmates, i cant guess what happens. Non the less, definitely a sub from me. It was my first video i saw on your channel, and also after checking other works, i came back to add that animatics with simplier plots are slower and completely good to understand, so i guess you might have taken a big piece of your lore to put in this animatic, and if so, its a very hard job, to reshape a huge story into one animated video. I apologize if I assumed things anf mistaken and if I left unwanted criticism, but i hope it helps 🌿

Hello, I accidentally came across your coolest animations with an intriguing and extremely interesting plot for me. I have already reviewed all your animatics several times, read the description of each one, read all the comments, finding everything in which you talked about the lore, as well as all the messages in the community, but I couldn’t fully understand many things :(. I really wanted to I would like to understand this interesting and very beautiful story. I will try in another message to write everything that I could and could not understand in this and other videos. I will write in the order of their release, since I do not quite understand the chronology of events at all points. I’ll say right away that I’m not sure whether all my reasoning will fit in one message. + perhaps this boosted your channel at least a little with so many large and different messages under the last video. And I’m not writing reviews of your animations under the corresponding animations, because I’m not sure if you’ll notice😅😰. But first we have to move on to the lore and background: No matter how well the music is chosen and the animation is drawn, it is still difficult to understand many moments, which moments are not real, where the words of the song are figurative, and where they have a direct meaning (after all, the songs were not written specifically for the plot and their lyrics may not match correctly with the plot). For example, moments taken from Steven, or Devan's argument with Lesitea. I’ll write a few questions right away so as not to ask them later. Does everyone in this world have magical powers? Is there a gunshot? In my opinion, he was present only at Meant To Be Yours, which raises questions. Honestly, I hope not, because technology and magic are cool, and in worlds where they are combined together, firearms from our world cause discomfort and seem unnecessary. Devan and Eco are gods who seem to be watching what is happening. Their characters, goals and motivation are not entirely clear. Only Devan's connection with light and they are often shown cheerful. Nothing is clear about Eco; I could only find his name in one comment. They created 6 kingdoms - 6 colors: red, yellow, blue, green, purple and orange. Normally, we were shown only three kingdoms, and what kind of order is clear only in the red kingdom. The remaining five kingdoms are now ruled by a cult, its functions are also not fully known. Yellow is ruled by Lysithea, blue was previously ruled by Blue, now unknown, Red by Dalia, who apparently was killed by Lysithea, and now this kingdom is in a state of anarchy or something like that. About the other three rulers, nothing is clear at all, only from one of the messages in the community, where only the name of Galetea was clearly visible, which seemed to appear in one of the videos. I'll write the rest in another message. I just noticed that the seventh kingdom is in the center. Now I have even more questions😩😵. What places where all the girls were are located in the center? Is there a school there?

Hello again. Warning - the following questions are purely my personal misunderstandings and desires to understand such a wonderful project. We continue to understand and not understand this gorgeous animation. Fish in Bridcage: In the first 10 seconds we are shown attributes associated with the three main heroines. 1) I don’t quite understand what the blue building is, but it’s definitely connected with Novaya. Presumably this is her job, but I'm not sure. 2) The market in the yellow kingdom, in which many animations take place, but its functionality is not entirely clear, besides just trading. 3) Picture of the General with DT standing in front of him. Honestly, I still don’t understand whether DT’s mother was a general, or whether she was that smoking boss? Well, and 3 girls’ weapons (although there is no blue blade at all in the latest animations). Then we are shown Devan, Eco, a book and the 7 kingdoms. It’s not entirely clear what kind of book this is? Was it written by them or by the queens? Where is it kept, or is it lost, or this book that Nova is writing? Next comes little and grown-up Nova, who studies with Lyn. Based on the response to one of the comments, I realized that Nova was hiding the staff because she didn’t deserve it. But I don’t quite understand, does she mean she couldn’t pass the test and she doesn’t have this staff legally, or does she just think that she didn’t deserve it because she received it because of the powers given by Mara? If the former, then I wonder how she got it then :)? Then there is a scene with Ariel, who is not at all clear who, except for your answer that he is Nova’s best friend🤣. From the clothes, it seems like they were at some kind of ball or something? Then they end up in that watery, incomprehensible place? It is there at this moment that she receives strength. Then, as I understand it, she returns there and sees... Is this the spirit of Mara or just some kind of evil creature😭, or is it even the current queen0_0? Then the moment with fireworks. Nova is standing with Sabrina, who I'll talk about in the next analysis. Nova meets with DT. It’s not entirely clear what she wanted and why Nova didn’t let her set off the fireworks? It's not Nova's love for fireworks that sounds weird. Nova shows the moon amulet. It is not yet clear whether she is giving it to DT, just showing it, or is it the other way around, was it a gift from DT? He just appeared in the animation with Pearl/Lisetea flashbacks and it seemed to me that this happened later. They go to the red kingdom and there Nova finds a prism, which is why she has visions. This is where the animation ends. Once again I will say that this is not a criticism and some points may be deliberately left unsaid in order to create intrigue for the future. I just write what I see and just want to figure it out. I tried very hard to ask only the questions that this video answers. To be continued in the next message.😜

Your animations are absolutely breathtaking and beautifully put together but I want to understand the lore and I know there’s a bunch of other people who don’t understand the lore but want too also. So please if there is any way you can we need a lore post that explains the characters and what is going on even if it’s just the basics. But again you animations are beautiful and some of the best color ones I’ve seen.
