Why do all government departments or agencies concerning to a plot or construction of house of a common man not under one umbrella to co ordinate each other and give final clearance so that a common man apply to this single window clearance system and wait for final clearance?

Sir should you please advise me in following One of my friends has a plot of 30×40 he applied for building permission which was granted for ist floor and he applied for permission to second floor which was not granted because town planner says he has to provide a gape of ten feet on four sides and is pending with munipal council the ten feet is not possible and the person constructed second floor pl tell me what are the rules in this regard

And authority us plot par" home plan " approved nhi karta hai to kya us plot par house banaane ke liye nagar nigam se permission milti hai ?? If milti hai to ham kaise apply karein? Within the limits of L. D. A. only L D A has the power to approve the maps of colonies and buildings . All other colonies are unauthorised . So you should purchase the plot only from approved layouts by L D A.
Unapproved me Nirman nahi karna hai. Only approved layout plan area me hi plot purchase kare aur map pass Kara kar hi Nirman kare. Rishwat giver & taker both are responsible for this act.
Sir punjab me amritsar me mera plot hai. Plot ki noc bhi hai.registery bhi ho chuki hai and colony bhi licensed hai. Sir 3 month hogye abhi tak map approve nhi kar rhe. Officers. A and he through a family agreement given that 230 sq yard to his brother's wife (a widow) who sold her 230 sq yard house to mr."B" and we purchased that 230 sq yard from mr "B".Now we have a registry of the house but in awas vikas the whole house is still in the name of mr."A" and the authorities are saying that bcoz the whole house is still in the name of mr."A" in awas vikas so the mutation of the part to some other person is not possible and that's why map of the part also can not be sanctioned without mutation

Yes, first you will have to deposit the demanded fees of revised map after that the software of map sanctioning will permit you download the sanctioned revised map. After that if you apply for the refund of old deposited money then your application (in hard copy) will be processed for refund of (refundable heads only) your old money.

Now you should contact to your Architect who has uploaded the file on UPOBPAS . YOUR architect will cheak the status of file & tell you the status. If there is any objection in the file then you should remove that objection with the help of your architect & if there's no objection it means your file is in the process of sanction. Firstly please cheak the status of file with the help of your architect & then moove on accordingly.
You can purchase the booklet of Building by-laws from office of any Development Authority. Booklet is available for sale in all Development Authorities offices.. Thank you dear for writing me..

But you can apply offline for cancellation of a sanctioned map in the office of the concerned authority. But still the authority will cancel it or not it depends on the grounds of the case..

N O CS. are mandatory requirement. But first you should apply for sanctioning of maps without NOC then authority will send letters to different departments for NOCs. Accordingly you can personally persue departments to obtain NOCs.
@@civiler.jaikumartiwari sir I applied map for sanctioning .then nocs are required I have nocs of nagar Nigam ,ceiling department ,land use certificate but I have not noc from udyog Kendra. How I will get ? I paid an engineer 8000 for nocs of mentioned department but now he is saying that one more noc will be required from udyog Kendra and for that charge will be 20000 .guide me here
