Great video, appreciate the clear statement of the rule as per the book and then what it really means. Can't wait for the body obstruction one and your clear explanation particularly on "back into an opponent" and Third Party.

This series was very helpful for my daughter so I just want to say thank you for making this series.

Great video thank you. There was one final stick obstruction that you didn't cover though :( When an attacker is mid swing to strike the ball and the defender just puts their stick in the way to initiate contact and prevent the attacker from completing the hit (rarely do I see that go the way of the attacker)

There's also third-party obstruction, but I guess that's a theme for another day
