Caleb William's and the Bears were coming off a bye week and had two weeks to prepare while Jayden was coming off the injury and only practiced one day before the game.
Losing?! The were 2 TDs he threw that were called back thru no fault of his own and woulda had another if Luke had 1 bigger size shoe. Caleb had 36 yds until the D was tired in the 4th quarter. Come on with that stuff, nobody said he was perfect, no QB is.
Teams are INTENTIONALLY going after BSJ in crucial situations!! AND, I don’t know who coached him that you have to have your hands on the WR on EVERY play!! He rarely looks back for the ball!!
In all honesty we need a CB for sure but we also NEED another WR!!!! Let’s be real after Terry everything gets scary ! A lot of drops ! We cannot have that in the playoffs I’m telling yall!!! We must make a push ! If yall don’t see it, it’s truly our time ! Our defense is coming along our offense is doing what it does but just imagine another elite WR that has elite hands !!!! I truly hope our staff attempts to try and make a push
If JD can keep this play up and get us to the playoffs. I think he will win the mvp and if we win a playoff game I definitely think he will win. We haven’t even seen the best of him yet
I've read a "deal" was pushed back to Monday for someone, no idea who. IF, we make a trade, my guess is AP offered a pick, and the receiving team wants to see if they can get a better offer before agreeing. I think after this week, the need boils down to CB, although our depth at dline, oline, and WR are issues too. Just saying if AP is actually going to give up a DP, he is going to bring in someone that we really need above all others. In AP I trust.
For some reason I don’t think peters is going trade for anybody. This year I think they’re going to just sit back and see how far this roster gets us honestly. They have no pressure to win now in first place with rosters nobody thought would be here I definitely see them just playing it out
We need to push a few chips in while the league hasn't figured JD and get him another receiver. If the Bengals lose another game, I'm kicking the tires on Tee Higgins. Another Cb would be definitely help too.
In my opinion the more games Washington win the longer they’ll just hold out till next season for trades and pickups. Since essentially this is our REBUILD year. But atp we’re exceeding expectations.
Honestly, i would like to see them send a low round draft pick to the Jets for Mike Williams. He's not the same player he was a few years ago, but he'd be the guy that went into the lineup as soon as the offense hit the red zone. It's obvious that the offense's biggest weakness is converting red zone opportunities to touchdowns, and the primary cause of this is due to (stupid) penalties _I've never seen an offense be so disciplined for 80% of the field, only to turn into complete derelicts inside the opponent's 20 yard-line_ The secondary cause of their red zone woes is they lack a WR who can consistently and dependably highpoint the football.
Lattimore's owed like $70M over the next two years, and NO is 2-6 and $80M over the cap in 2025. There might be trade talks, but I feel like the price would be our 1st rounder. It's either that or maybe our 2nd and both 3rds? I don't know? We need a CB and we're going to probably use one of our first 2 picks on one anyways, and at this rate, we'll be picking 25 or later.
Never hurts to have DBs on deck even as 4th string. Yea past his prime, but he could have a good veteran presence, especially on younger DBs. Ppl said Wagner and Ertz are past their prime, but look at them now
@KMistry23 I never said Wagner was past his prime..dude led the league in tackles last season with 183...white hasn't been good in seasons since his injury, his time has past..he will be just like Michael Davis or worst..leave him
@ nice good point. I personally just want us to get someone new playing DB. That and our O line currently are the team’s vulnerabilities. O line got banged up a good bit recently
