Thanks for coming on this journey with me and I had to take you along to the final event eek!!
I did it in 2 hours 41 which is amazing for aa girl who couldn't run 5km in summer. My legs did give up near the end but the important thing is I did it 💜

I just came from your 3rd knee dislocation and girl... seeing you running a half is SO INSPIRING!!! I just dislocated my patella for the 2nd time and ive been feeling extremely down and that I cant trust my own body and that I won't be able to do all the things I used to do before. I'm so happy for you!!! I saw your last videos was two years ago. Have you had any knee problems after the last dislocation ?

Well done on your run! And thanks for being so prepared...I was volunteering as part of the medical team and the amount of people we get asking us for safety pins (which we can't give out) is unbelievable!!!😅 😅

Lol silly people.i am a runner to.i always take my safety pins .also they get given them with the race numbers. you did a great job without you the race wouldnt go ahead.do know when next years race is? whats the course like flat and hilly?.

@@user-nj4si3rn7f Good to hear! and thanks :) If you go to their website you'll probably find all the info you're looking for, but I think it'll be 16th March next year. I was mainly just based around the finish line so I can't really tell you about the whole route, but I would imagine it's mostly flat with a few small inclines (I know that as you approach the finish line by the entrance to Victoria park there was a small hill for example). Hope this helps!
