i figured it out!

so if it doesn’t work put in the console exactly this “pm_sv_disabledoorbust 0” and after you type that restart ur game (not the entire thing just the server) and jump back in then hold shift into you hit the door with the parkour mod. hope this helps with all the people frustrated

you sprint at the door with the wheatly parkour swep. The door has to be openable tho like on the bigcity improved map.
