Lisa, we finally moved to Cape Coast 5 weeks ago. We have purchased land but are looking for more land. Our vehicle has been shipped and will arrive within 3 weeks.I would love to be your neighbour. We will talk about that later.
Please can you do a video on what is needed in order to stay. at least 6 months at a time? my mom is in a home and I want to be able to go back and forth to visit her....thank you
The best way to ship is to find the Ghanaians in the US who ships fr here to Ghana, they will handle all the stress and get the stuff delivered to you in Ghana, some of them have that as their full time job and are shipping almost every month.
From my experience, electronics and appliances are generally cheaper when purchased and shipped from the US than purchased in Ghana. TVs, gas/electric ranges are typical examples. The only problem is you need to buy a step-down transformer for each if you don't have a whole house 110v-wired set up.
Greetings Bosley family, I have been watching you on RU-vid, but when watching the segment where you and your husband were interviewed by the other family in Ghana with that smart little boy Nana if I am spelling his name correctly. Your home is exceptionally beautiful. So I bought land in the Volta region through introduction of a beautiful sister by the name on RU-vid of MadameV. It is so very important to know great people that has come before and have the experiences and know hows. Although there is everything there in Ghana and I am back and forth about brining certain things that holds family memories, so still deciding. I live now in Florida and will be looking to put my home on the market.
My husband and I are planning to come to Ghana in October. We’re planning on meeting with to Royal kingdom estates to purchase some plots to build our forever home. My husband is working on his SSI, and I’m saving. We will be in contact with you in the months ahead to meet with RKE and possibly an Air B&B. We’re so excited!!!
Nice one there as usual. Something that we never heard about.Your own car and the driving. Please tell us more about that. That is really nice, and you do not have to depend on your partner to drive you all the time places like you just did, or hair saloon or girls out with your friends.
Hi, I purchased land in Aburi... me and my husband will be visiting Ghana in October to talk with our contractor and lawyer! Hopefully, we can break ground this year!!! I can't wait to leave Babylon... as soon as I land a remote job within the IT industry, I'm out of here! Thank you for taking us along with you while running errands in Ghana 🇬🇭
My plan is to move to Cape Coast I purchased my land from Ghana Consolations last year! I’m bringing four furry babies with me 2 dogs & 2 cats thank for that info. on traveling with a pet too Ghana. In the process on creating a online business so I can have income coming in before moving to Ghana. On my land I want to have a studio so I can do nails & massage like I do for a living in the USA. I’m oh so looking forward on leaving the USA sometime this year 😂🇧🇧🇺🇸🇬🇭💐🥂🍾
Please come to Takoradi there a lot of land there too. And it's the third largest city in Ghana. Am a Ghanaian myself living in N.Y City. I can help you if only you want my assistance.
@Nia78 Oh you bought land from Aleta? Which community? I was interested in purchasing Joe's house that he's selling Would you happened to know if Joe has contact information etc?
@@mh-ul1xz Hi, I’m in community 2. As of now Aleta isn’t selling anymore land at this time. She focusing on building up the 3 communities at this time. Ooo I thought that was Joe’s land being sold off. I wonder if he switched for beach front property… Good luck and bet wishes.
Its always a pleasure to watch your videos, its refreshing. Still thinking about your area, but i am building in Asebu, Pan African Village and business looking real promising there so, I am going to finish my projects first. Planning to buy a vehicle in Ghana. I will take my time to drive there for now a driver will do. I am so happy to see you doing things and moving around like you are here in the USA. The prices are a little high end. I cant wait to see you finish your home and you move in. Blessings. I love your channel it makes me feel at home. Thank you for sharing. Shalom
The thing with hobs is they look fancy but soon as you put the skillet on the oil pops all over it,it becomes dirty and greasy quickly and the aluminium burners gets burnt and oxide quickly
Hello Lisa. Love all that you share. I was in Ghana and saw you and Landon probably heading home we were to the botanical gardens. I was waving at you but you probably thought who is that waving at us. I recognized you from your channel
@@TheBodleysJourney2Ghana you're welcome. I've lived in DFW metroplex myself for nine years. School in Oakcliff Christ For the Nations Institute, off Kiest Blvd. Lived in Irving and Arlington. I've been back home since 2012. Now operating my own furniture works. Battlecreek furniture works located in Tema Community 20. Let me know how I can be of help to you. I build kitchen cabinets, etc.
Did you see any two legged dogs in that salon 🚶♂, I hope not...hopefully the men over there have been behaving themselves 🤪😜Great video, thanks for sharing!
Lisa it is so wonderful seeing you drive on your own in Ghana. Can you do a video on how you got your car and the model you got. I am building in East Legon. I am at at the plastering stage. Hope fully when I finish I am hoping on doing 6 Month in Ghana and 6 month in America since I am a traveling registered nurse. I am interested in getting a car like the one you have . Any tips will be helpful.
I love your videos! Thanks for all of the information you provide. I have an interest in visiting Ghana, and possibly moving there. I would like to visit first. I have my passport. What other documentation should I pursue?
Look at you sis holding it down. The babies are just precious. Are they Shih Tzu? Sis I have visions of having my home there and renting my home here since that would be wiser for the benefits of having excellent rental income. Fortunately for me I can create multi-rental units with my property. When this will happen is Yah's will but believe me, it is what I want to do. Having elder parents can be problematic when their mindset is to be only in the US. Having my siblings onboard to have my mom share time with each of the 3 sisters would make it possible to build on the continent and hopefully by then she'll have a change of mind once she sees my accomplishment. Each person has their own struggles but you and hubby are blessed to have each other and being on one accord. Perhaps someone will share shippers in the US. That would be a great video for someone to share who has been through the process. Peace and blessings.
I will be there April , building in Pav, would love to see the lands in the Mountain areas. Would be inquiring about a one bdrm apartment. Have you ever noticed a portable washing machine? Thanks for sharing 😊. P.S. I know of a door to door shipping company.
Welcome home. I have land in Pan African Village too. I am building right now an apartment building and more business coming. Will be ready to rent by April. I am still in the US but coming to Ghana soon. I not going to rent.
Can you please do a video regarding the documents needed and process to bring my pets to Ghana? I visited 3 vet facilities while in Ghana, but I know things may have changed regarding bringing pets from the States to Ghana. Again, I would really appreciate a video about the documents and your experience bringing your pets to the Motherland!
Hello . Have you REGISTERED YOUR LAND ? That is the most difficult part of owning land in Ghana. This Is the process where they put the ownership information into the national computer to legitimize that the land is sold . RKE should help you do this for a fee. RKE IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO DO IT FOR YOU but since you are foreigners they should emphasis the need for it and help you with the process. OBTAINING YOUR INDENTURE THOUGH NECESSARY IT IS NOT THE END OF YOUR LAND DOCUMENTATION. Registration is absolutely important. Please tell other Diasporans .
Yes, we have registered the land. RKE does offer this service as well as many others. They are truly a one stop shop. Our clients are aware and taking advantage of the assistance.
