Your company's customer service is horrible . Ordered 30 September and haven't received any updates of shipping notification as of 7th October. I emailed the company, and there has been no response, however, I'm receiving emails for your sales. I guess you only sent influencers units fast to draw customers to your site. I will never order from this company again.

@butterflygirl01 When I order from Amazon, these Amazon workers look for these orders and bait and switch the wig, run to beauty supply store and switch your wig for a different one. It has happened to me so many times. I cant prove it but you know how women know. I never get anything quality from Amazon. I think it is my area. She ( whoever it is, my spirit says its a she) must work at my shipment center. I am not saying it happens to all, but it does to me. West Chester Ohio, lying asses.
You most likely got it already, they actually make the wig per order it took about 3-10 days to process then then they ship. If you still haven’t heard from them, just send them a quick chat. I love ISEEHAIR and never has had a bad experience with them
