On March 6th, 2022, I entered my first Marathon in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Erlanger Chattanooga Marathon. I had recorded this recording on my phone and had been listening to it for several weeks during my training and sometimes just throughout the day. I had decided to listen to it during my Marathon during the last five miles. Especially if I hit the 🧱 wall. Well, right before I reached mile 15, I felt some tightness in the back of my left thigh, the hamstring area. I decided to slow my pace and continue onward with the race. Mile 18, more tightness in thigh. Around mile 20, I decided it was time to play this recording. I knew with my mental toughness (ex - Marine and retired police officer) that by listening to this motivational message, I would make it to that finish line, which I did. So, I just wanted to say thank you to this video and the voice behind it. Semper Fidelis

Just started running again in the new year after stopping over Christmas. Really hard to get going again until I heard this. Now I’ve started again, everyday is a stepping stone easier and I’ll get there 💪 thank you so much, so much 🤝
Thanks a lot Eddie!! You have no clue how much grateful I am because I found this gem. I was not able to reach my 5K goal for quite sometime, the max I was able to touch 3.8K. Then I found this amazing compilation and started listening and within a week I built enough confidence to try my first 5K. I played this and completed my first 5K in 31 minutes today morning. I am so thankful to you for helping me out to achieve my goal. The summit and conversations are my personal favourites which helped me to push through this.
Same here man, i used to be fueled with motivation, and I lose it sometimes but now it's more of a mindset than looking for moments of motivation. Although these videos do help.

I have running 6 miles nonstop for 46 min 32 sec +4 miles with two rest(3 min rest) for 31min 42 sec.. Want to run 10 miles nonstop.. I've just running for 5 weeks.. Will keep pushing and striving for my goal..
Run 3 mins faster over 6km this morning listerning to this. It was after a rest day and I'm quite new to running so but I know gains will be big starting out. But damn.. this helped alot. On the last km i set my fastest split over 1km. I was so pumped. Thank you so much! Awsome work. 🔥

Was averaging 15 a day for a few months. Started lifting more running less, stress levels up up up, and are like shyt too for a few days. 1st day back on track struggled. 2nd day back found this Doubled my time out and felt strong after. I’ve been good at not stopping, do a consistent 2 miles now but today I stopped for a 20 pace walk right at the time he said “this is the time for running not for walking” and that 20 pace walk turned into 8 pace walk and keep moving!

I run 6 out of 7, sometimes fast , sometimes slow, i don't do races, i just run, i don't drink coffee bit it's like cafeïne for me . I need it to function properly
