I have run behind this awesome gentleman for some time. Trying to keep up with him, my pace and form have improved a lot. Thank you!!!

This has got to be one of the best running videos for treadmill EVER!!!! I felt as if I was running with this gentleman while I was on the treadmill. The point of view is great at it makes you keep up the pace the entire run.
