I have had 2 major back surgeries in late 80's and early 90's (for same herniated disc that wasn't fixed on 1st surgery), Anyway, I am a SIDE sleeper too and the best thing for me (per my doctor) has been to put a pillow "between" my legs when I'm on my side. Makes all the difference in the world for comfort and alignment!! No back sleeping for me!! TRY IT!!

I have arthritis on my hip and my nurse practitioner daughter in law told me to do lite exercises. Since I been stretching and using eliptical machine 20 minutes on low impact, my pain went away!
I am so weird....LOL I do not like strange people putting their hands on me and on my face, etc. Massage gift cards are a waste on me and my family finally understands!!! 😂😂😂
Another very enjoyable video. Thank you. I had a similar experience with weight loss and hip pain. I go to a chiropractor, have all my life. He gave me back strengthening exercises and every month I have an adjustment. No more pain. I love my chiropractor.
I'm not sure how to spell it but the windows are called jalousy (like jealousy but with the short a sound). Many older homes had them even in NY where I'm originally from. 😊

My kids got me a facial for Mother’s Day. It’s called a Liftsummum facial. It was absolutely amazing!!! I always wet my hands, pour salt in my palm…rub them together really good, rinse, and all the onion smell is gone. Basically a hand salt scrub lol.

You are probably going to have to have a tummy tuck. I got one. It’s a hard surgery but after you get better it’s worth it. My insurance paid for it. You might want to look into it. That’s if you’re interested. ❤❤❤
How did your insurance pay for it, if you don't mind me asking? I went through breast cancer, and I lost weight, but they only paid for my breast to be removed and reconstructed, but I said no to my hanging loose skin on my stomach. 🤷♀️
I was experiencing hip and lower back problems for several months and after an MRI, my pain management Dr recommended PT for my back, it has made a huge improvement with excercises to strengthen my core which effects your whole body. Ask your Dr for an MRI. Massages feel wonderful but do not last. Hope you get the right help!
I have that same issues I had s3/4 arthritis and also piriformis syndrome that mimics siatica I got several injections finally one right in that muscle and poof it’s gone. Now I get accupuncture there on occasion to keep it under control I love massages now I’m doing exercises with PT to strengthen my hip and abdominal muscles

Your "Florida Windows" are what we call Jalousie windows in my area of far Southern Illinois. I enjloy the Jalousie windows that are located the salon/living room area of my 1964 Airstream travel trailer. Airstream included a stacked set of Jalousie windows beside the entrance door of their longer travel trailers from sometime in the 1950s through 1964 -- for some reason, they discontinued them after the 1964 model year.
Those baby pasta pastina is what I use in turkey or chicken soup. The noodle doesn't get mushy like macaroni would. And freezes great. Italian coworker gave me her recipe 😊
Hi Leslie, I am late responding as I watch RU-vid on my TV so can't comment, only can hit "like" which I always do. I am sorry you are having pain in your hip and hope you don't have arthritis as I definitely do. The only thing that stopped that pain from waking me up at night with aching in my hips was eliminating flour from my diet. Hope that's not your problem, but I sleep pain free now.

I believe the macaroni is Pastina. A while back it was big news because one pasta company (I think ronzoni) stopped making it. And buying it on line was priced ridiculous.. You could not find it in stores anywhere because everyone bought it up. My family was in a panic 😂😂as my husband is Italian and Pastina is a staple in our house. Got a tummy ache.. Pastina. Got a cold.. Pastina.. And illness or surgery requires that you eat Pastina 🤣🤣it's the cure all. Also it's one of the first foods we feed our babies. Several months ago we finally found Barilla Pastina in our Publix grocery store. Needless to say I stocked up. Just in time too... My husband is having surgery next week... He's already asked me how our supply is because he'll be "needing" some when we get home from the hospital 😂😂

Last year my husband went to visit family on Long Island and found some finally they had gotten some in stock after the shortage but recently my grocery store here, Publix, finally started stocking Barilla brand Pastina. Can you tell me all the chickens I see going to where ever they go when the are ready how come the only chickens I see is only the white ones I know there is more color chickens in other colors thank you so much
The chickens on the truck are usually going to the processing plant to become sellable chicken in the grocery store, or chicken to head to restaurants. The 2 main broiler chickens (chickens that end up in the grocery store or restaurants) that are grown are cobb, and ross birds and they are both white in color. The other chickens do not grow well enough so they are not used in meat production,, but many brown breeds and red breeds are used in table egg production.
Mrs. Leslie, I really think you may have TMJ. Your jaw popping so frequently isn’t normal. If you can see an oral surgeon, they may be able to help with medication before it gets worse. Just a thought for ya!🩵🙏🏻
