So tonight’s run was a 10k for me ! It has been really hot here in Michigan and today we had a storm go thru which cool it down ! I had to wait for the evening to run but I got it in ! I train for monthly 5ks my goal is to run below 20 minutes being a 42 year old ! I am so close to hitting below below 20 minutes I am not moving onto racing any other distance until I do ! Well my next 5k is coming up August 17th 2024 Mendon river fest hoping to get it done at that 5k ! Subscribe to see if I get it done ! Thank you !
