I love this song! I remember when it played during the end credits and some of the episodes had the song in them as well. I should watch the show again and see which episodes have the song in them.

This show, + the moomins + tabayooga and "the adventures of binky bill" were the first shows ever to be on the UK cartoon network and as a kid, this was the first time I ever had a fully kids channel (most others were limited to certain slots) and digital to boot! They weren't just my earliest memories but my fondest, because it taught me morals that most cartoons today seem to forget or not even bother. I surely hope "the raccoons" reboot goes well too!

This is the unofficial theme as most people recognize this from the show. To the point the company looking at a reboot named themselves after it. It's most famous for playing over the credits for every episode.

Triforcefilms Huh, I guess I just assumed it was British because it’s a reference B-Mask would know and Jim Sterling also always references it. Maybe it was just big in England Either way my point still stands that I had no clue this was the theme song to a tv show staring raccoons when one of my favorite RU-vidrs repeatedly used it while talking about Sly Cooper

It's the outro song. Raccoons was made in Canada and was very popular. I don't see any connection to sly cooper beyond the raccoon reference.

Triforcefilms I don’t think there is anything else besides the raccoon connection. It’s just funny to me that he used what I thought was just a catchy song to use in his videos was actually him making it a “if you get it, you get it” kind of obscure reference joke by using a music cue. It’s just funny
