This axe is actually amazing as a crush weapon for high lvl pvm as well. For those reading this! I got mine in 90 kills DURING the quest when you first go down in the dungeon. Its a private instance with the same npc drop tables. Camp there for a bit because it is CROWDED after the quest.
All jokes aside, this might be a viable option for weird min-maxed (not flat 99s, especially 99hp) med lvl builds (especially with 40 or 60+ def for defender). It's a leaf-bladed axe on crack. I'd have to look at the DPS vs. d scim + drag defender/normal sara sword though. I assume it'd best shine in a tribrid rcb/dcb+5 tick mage setup, as all your non-spec attacks are all nicely 5 tick. That's not usually where med lvls below ~75atk 70/75def shine though (no toxic staff, only spec weps are d claws and a volly staff besides heavy bally + dthrwn axe). It could maybe make sense with a 65atk 70def build, but at max str and hp that may be two entire cb lvls. This all assumes the axe will eventually be like ~500K gp or less, preferably half that price. It might not be worth it on str bonus alone, but maybe accuracy is noticeable when you're only 65atk vs. 75+ def.
