In the second half where you solved k2, instead of using k2 = hf(x1 + h, y1 + k1) you instead used k2 = hf(x1 + h, y1 + k). This gave you 0.1431 instead of 0.1421. This then left you with y2 = 1.24205 instead of 1.24155. Very slight difference but thought it was worth pointing out.

The book i was reading was showing that h multiplies only K1 in K2.
