He doesnt have to be. He could put down a burger in probably 20 seconds and then run and 12 minute mile and still win. He is also pretty fit too.

The way they did it is worse. Cause the last round had all 4 burgers inside. The running beforehand probably made them nauseous already. Then again it’s smaller chunks so maybe the eating time was the recovery phase.

They started the race before the big mac zone, which is included in the distance. Looks like he did cross back into the eating zone, which would mean he did cross the line?

SeanStephensen no. The one mile start is set back before the starting line. 9 meters to be exact. You must cross the line plus 9m to get to the finish line. I admire you Nick. But close definitely does NOT count in a one mile race. That’s why we have photo finishes. And if one guy steps off the inside of the track before the finish line. You get a big fat DQ and I ain’t talking Diary Queen.

Fast food worker here, usually when we hear high numbers (like 8 or above) we like to clarify so our kitchen staff doesn’t start making a lot of food only to be told they only wanted one or two. It’s not bc we’re dumb

@Armando Sturzenegger they're kinda pricey now (like almost 6$ including tax where I live) but the most Big Mac's I've seen order is 10. The most sandwiches total I've seen was like 30 (cheeseburgers). people try to call in advance big orders like 20 big mac's so they can just grab and go and we just go order and pay here thanks, they never show lol.

I remember watching this vid as a Junior in high school with a friend who passed away in 2021 before my junior indoor season. We tried to do our own Big Mac challenge right afterwards with single McDonald’s burgers and it was genuinely so hard. Those memories are some of the best I have, spending that time with him. Looking back I could’ve done more to help him through his difficult times but I remember that he had these memories of these silly challenges and I thank you for providing the inspiration and motivation to make those memories. Colton, you were my best friend and I hope you remembered doing this McDonald’s mile challenge. I love you and I miss you every day!
