I'll never have another roommate because the three roommates I had in the past didn't pay their portion of the rent. I would get some money here and there but mostly got excuses as to why they didn't have the money.

I don’t think the defendant realizes if he sues anybody’s insurance for accident. It’s going to be the guy at fault that hit theplaintiff. And of course he should do that if he’s injured and he will get lost wages.

I actually think the plaintiff's cute; a little clueless but cute. He'll learn. He's polite and a nice kid and conducting himself well. Life is a learning experience. He's more well-spoken than many adults decades older with a life full of experiences. In spite of his youth, I have every faith this kid is going to turn out a great member of society. His biggest short-coming at this point is his polite approach in facing this problem. He's just young, that's all. Just learning life isn't as perfect as when parents handle everything, but he's learning. This will be an excellent lesson.
