since everyone is pouring out their feelings here... i've been depressed for over 6 years now and also struggle with social anxiety disorder. i also just lost yet another friend 4 months ago. the friend that always made me happy, made me feel at peace and most importantly made me feel alive. now i barely talk to people. i tend to cut them out since i know there is only pain and grief awaiting for me. i'm also too scared to make new friends, even the internet ones. i will be entering university in half a month. and i can't help but be truly scared of it. i don't even know how i passed high school and final exams with all the struggles i had along the way. there's a new chapter in my life ahead of me and i feel like the only thing i'm good at is being scared of everything. of my future. i would love to just run away with the love of my life (that is not yet to be here) and live a peaceful and fear-free life. yeah sooo thanks for coming to my ted talk i guess. if you're reading this and experiencing similiar or even the same struggles in your life, just don't lose hope. there is always light at the end of the tunnel. i try to live by that, so you can too.

The feeling on the last day of school with a teacher you really loved and made a connection to, knowing you will never see them again. Knowing that you'll just have to move on but you can't.

life feels like a chore. im fortunate for most things but i cant help but want to runaway. im 14. shouldnt the only thing i think about be tv, videogames and wanting to be a doctor? i think like an adult. i was forced to grow up. its not fair, and this playlist is my encouragement to run. i thank u wholeheartedly for that.

I have diagnosed clinical depression and i get panic attacks and anxiety almost each day so i have made a relaxing and calming skincare routine with facial massages and scalp massager to relax my brain for 15-20 minutes. Today i played this playlist while doing my routine and i was calm after a very long time. Not even a bit of anxiety or any thought in my brain. It was completely blank and i think being blank is better than thoughts running at a high speed. Thank you so much for this❤

12:49 - color me blue (akane) I read practically a whole book listening to this. It is just perfect to the book itself... "What the wind knows". Its a romance about an american time-traveller woman who goes back to pre-civil war Irish (1921?) and meets her beloved grandfather (as a little boy - Éoin) and also the love of her life, Thomas... (those are not spoilers). It was so dream-like and beautiful. I never took special interest in Ireland or its history (im from Brazil), but now i'm listening to old irish ballads and looking for irish history documentaries. It was amazing. Those people really did fight for their nation with all they had, which wasn't all that much to start with. The book is very good, the melody is amazing and they both went hand and hand together. If someone read this and wants to scape reality for a while, i really recommend it. Thanks. The rest of the playlist is also lovely.

I feel bad most of the time. Only two friends make it better for me. One I’ve only known for a year the other I have grown up knowing them but they were not in my grade. It is so hard to show my emotions, at night I sometimes try crying but it won’t come out and I feel like all my emotions have been bottled up for a really long time. I feel like I can’t feel happiness unless I fake it. I haven’t felt real happiness in a long time. My longest friend has been starting to leave me and I’m afraid I’ll lose all of my new “friends” that I just met last year that she’s friends with. I am glad no one in these comments knows me so I am free to pour my feelings out. Some old friends come to me with their problems and I don’t know how to deal with it. Everyone acts like I do t exist and feel alone and overlooked all time. As a middle child I get it at home too not only at school. I just feel like I’m falling apart and feel like I might be depressed. I don’t know for sure anything right now I can’t decide anything and just super hard to choose.

I’m a teenage and I know my parents “care” but sometimes I feel like there life would be better without me. I feel like starting over would make everything easier for everyone. I feel like running away and starting a new life. I feel like everyone is drifting away and I can’t stop it. It’s like a crushing gut feeling, I just want it to stop, I want time to stop so I can at least breath, it’s like a ball of yarn is unraveling and it’s unraveling on a cliff without anywhere to stop it but the bottom. But when it gets there it will be hitting rock bottom. At least I will be able to breath again though

evryones venting in the comments and i may as well tw- death its 11pm and i dont know what to do, life feels like a chore at this point and i really dont think its worth living. i only have two real friends and im scared of loosing them, i have treid to make three freinds in the last two years they are always mean to me. well i dont know if they were toxic or if i was overreacting. my countries in strict lockdown, i havent seen my frineds in months, not like i get to see them anyways, i dont know anyone at my school. the only thing stopping me is how my two friends would take my death. one of them would off them self and the other wouldnt be able to cope. but i dont know what to do. i geniunley dont think there is anything that i would miss. im living with at least one undiagnosed illness, probably depression, bipolar disorder or adhd but my mum is deniing everything shes saying i just need to work hard and that im being ungrateful and i know i am but i cant help it. im so behind on school work, i did no work last week and dont know how to get any motivation. sorry for being annoying but i had to say something even if no one will see it. sorry

I remember the time my om came running downstairs in tears holding her phone as me and my sister just stared at her stopping what we were doing. When she told us our grandpa had a stroke...we broke out in tears my mom told me I could take a day off of school if I wanted to but i refused wanted to finish my school work and just be done. It remember that day and the time she came down in tears.. Monday 3.12 PM i will never forget because my grandpa was known around town everywhere and was the nice helpful grandpa you'd see helping people all around, we went to his funeral and his military friends came to pay their respects (cause he was in the military) and shot 4 rounds of bullets into the air, at that moment i felt like time stopped and i got a hug by god or my grandpa comforting me. I will never forget these days as they are the most saddest days of my life. I was going to go hunting and spend a hole winter with him but that never got to happen.. i figured out a year later i liked all the same stuff he did and i never got to tell him that face to face and spend that much time with him.. My dad tried to hide his emotions but couldn't hold it in and the hole town and family was scared from his death and was remember by almost everybody. I love you grandpa and always will.
