As a Haitian American this story is HILARIOUS to be honest both of them could be telling the truth there is stories like this all the time in the Haitian community. Haitian men back in the day use to have multiple kids with different woman so a lot of the kids would find out about secret siblings by family members or the gossip in town. When she married him it seems he wanted to stay in Haiti and she was living her life here In the states which is also common in the Haitian community just because at the time before the earth quake although the government was horrible it wasn’t as bad as it is now.He was a dentist so he was most likely well off in Haiti so there is no need to come to the States and start over again when he is living a well off life in Haiti. That changed when the earthquake happened he didn’t want to stay because how bad it was and how it started declining and she brought him to the States. He probably did lover her but came to states and just lost interest and she didn’t want someone who couldn’t work so boom she kicked him out and sued and he used her for the green card lmbo
