An honest account of my life up until 2019 which I am reading out to share in the hope it helps at least one person. Touching on an eating disorder and depression, the video may not be for everyone and that's fine.
I started this channel to simply upload videos of runs for people to run along with on a treadmill. After an injury during lockdown, I found other peoples videos were a lifeline when I was recovering on the treadmill during lockdown. Sharing with others was always my intention to help others, not to become RU-vid famous, not to get thousands of subs. I love the handful I have,
Thank you x

Craig, what a profound video. Thank you for sharing. Everyone wants the view, but no-one wants to climb the mountain. You sir, have climbed the mountain and then some. I know the feeling; it never feels finished. The wolf is always on the shoulder, but as long as you know that and have the mechanisms to manage it, you can live with it. I love that the simplest of things, running, can have such an impact. I'm sure you are aware of Mark Lewis and his story? Thanks for the bravery and putting this out there; we appreciated you!

Craig, you genuinely have an inspirational story. You've been through a lot, some that I can relate with but much of which I couldn't begin to imagine, but you've come through it all and now you achieve so much. You can be very proud of yourself for tackling the hurdles that life has thrown at you and in the process managed to build a relationship with exercise that serves you well. Thank you for sharing. Your story motivates me to push myself to get better and to make sure I never let excuses get in my way.
