@@dinometta I could write an entire novella about my journeys with the isle entirely. I have a good memory. This last one is another crazy story. I'm in the southwest River on a highly populated server. To be there now.... I had been there , twice before... both these lives I fought and killed 2 crocs. In the second most recent, I was after a third that had shown up , and I fell of a cliff when he chilled right at the edge. I wanted to be cautious but alas. Greed. Stupidity. In a heart wrenching rage I sprinted straight back so mad that I had only one more croc in that river to remove and I threw myself off a ledge!!!. I barely made it due to starvation. One elite fish was I'm the upper reservoir under the bridge which is rare. Without it.... I'd have wasted another 40 minutes .... but I was saved. And get this. I go slithering back to see if my body was still there, 1hr and 10 minutes later and guess what.... my spine was there and beside me another deino spine. The one I was baited by... had fallen or been ambushed. And thusly... I have my river. 5 days now. It is mine alone. I still sweat like crazy every log in but so far.. determination has paid off. :)

Solo troodon is an even bigger challenge. You've gotta be incredibly patient and time every attack perfectly or you're dead. And even then latency is stinky sometimes. I've gotten an adult stego to wall camp against my sub troo before though. But that's not a huge feat considering how cowardly stego players tend to react when attacked xD

@@dbulmer70 right? I found 7 the other day, but it didn't last. They decided to fight a herd of 4 tenos and 5 stegos. Then two ceratos that started mixpacking with the tenos. Only 3 survived(myself included because I chose to not get involved until the herbivores left and just the ceratos remained)

Oh it wasn't a boar's grunt! It was that dang juvie cerato chuffing as he came around the corner behind me!

Stego is stupid strong. It's why I'm always so annoyed when they cower in the mud. They've got all the time in the world to bait a proper swing and kill a solo raptor

Good luck finding dilos anywhere but East at the time I recorded this video xD Carnos and stegos were the most common things around the southern side of the map, and since I'm a heavy East denier, I'd rather fight stegos solo all day than go to such a cess pool as the east hotspot to find things that are easier to fight alone

Camping stegos are the bane of my existence! It's one thing to take a defensive position against a pack. Especially considering 3 raptors pouncing at once can drain a stego's stamina in seconds. But against one single omni? That's just silly. Thank you for watching, and I'm glad you enjoyed the video

Yeah, I honestly refuse to touch troodon for this exact reason. It's just literal pain even moreso than solo omni. And with pounce latency being a thing again it's just not worth the hour wasted to get one shot for landing a pounce

Agreed. I'm so tired of this bug in particular. It makes pouncing stegos, ceratos and carnos basically pointless because not only do you lose a ton of stamina, but you take a ton of damage or straight die.

@@dinometta Very challenging, but man I'm so addicted to the fight scene in this game, and only on official servers when everything is on the line. Every decision you make is life or death, every thought going through your head, every time you drink water the anxiety coursing through your veins. That struggle for survival.
