Everyone hated 0630 formation. Until the cadence kicks in and hands start clapping... then the Airborne shuffle gets it's groove.. HHC 505th & 1-319th, 3BCT

@@user-jo4of6rr6b raf cadet here, when running breath innfor 2 strides, hold for 1 stride then out for 2. This stops hyperventalation and should let you run thurther
I went from running a mile in about 12:40, now I've been going to the gym & I Always run at least 2 miles before I start my workout. I can run a mile in about 9 minutes on a good day. 2 in about 20 minutes. That's just on a treadmill though going at a pace. It's always best to run outside in the sun & record your miles. I went from about 256 and now I weigh about 238 in at least 2 months with always running & weight lifting.
Pre workout run done 💪🏽 Always motivated when this plays 💯 When it burns this track always makes me love that burn & embrace it. Im Native American & I plan on joining The Army once I'm done with this GED & then gonna work for Airborne Infantry 🇺🇸
Get it in your contract Volunteer for Airborne at MEPS. And get the Airborne physical at MEPS also. Tell your recruiter it's a NOGO unless you get Airborne in your contract. It is possible to go Airborne after you get in but it's way more likely if you get it in writing before you enlist. Don't let the recruiter blow smoke and tell you otherwise. If you're high-speed and ready to eat your own guts and ask for seconds, volunteer Army, volunteer Airborne, volunteer Ranger. That's the triple volunteer. Heck it might be a little different these days but that's how it worked for me. Airborne School is relatively easy. Just stay away from the turds and non-hackers and you will be golden.
So, prolly considered racist in these days, but I always thought it wild how often the dudes coming in first on ruck marches were nearly always native Americans.
Fired up for Jesus Christ! Once I served this country, But now I have been born again and serve the Lord Jesus Christ and have my wings issued by God Almighty
Sad that many will never understand the exhilarating process of improving with your fellow countrymen with these daily cadences. Progressive companies should offer this as a daily morning run option for all their employees who wish to engage and peak perform, running to their own corporate cadence💪
1978 the #1 Airborne graduate for Benning Georgia. Me! Yes that right Me... I raised the bar to a new height. My last jump at night my shute Didn't open! Almost dropped n the fire lighting the way on frier drop zone. I crashed & rolled then ran 1/4 mile to the LZ.. Airborne Recon Ranger! White helmet and I were graduated as the #1 Airborne soldier 1978. Charlie 15 that's Me. #1 for all time! Ooh-rahh!
Shut the fuck up you lie! 1st of all the Army doesn't say hoorah wrong branch of service and I never heard a Ranger glorify themselves only the unit they were in! Fraud
