Not really... Even if it works (i haven't tested it), Sulfoxide kills any data inside the HDD/SSD so basically even if bootrec worked, it would do pretty much nothing.
If you didn't understand, sulfoxide picks random files (even system ones) and corrupts them with garbage. As shown in the video many apps couldn't start (because filling a .txt file with random characters)
@@IamMauriS If you're lucky enough, it might still be able to boot but expect most the programs to be corrupted. Honestly, it's not worth it to repair it, it's better to just reinstall Windows
