This was the fastest 1-miler I've ever ran in my life, and it was all due to well-rounded, well-structured, and well-disciplined training. 6-weeks was all it took to get down to a 5:02 minute mile. This truly is the best running program ever and if you're someone who's looking to improve their run time, or just get better in general, you should definitely give it a go!
