It just so happens that Brum to Worcester is exactly 50k. This is fate isn't it?
Mack, Sam and I took on the mud to try and get this long distance path run in one go.

My favourite channel discovery of 2023. The style, the narrative, the pure joy that comes through in every episode. Thanks for putting so much into these Andy, helps keep a less self motivated runner keep getting his shoes on and pushing himself to up the distance. Really enjoyed this episode. I think canal paths are perhaps my favourite place to run.

Honestly Andy I’m just beaming my way through this. Running with friends adds so much. I’ve just done a half today with my brother, mate, and his brother. The camaraderie was so good. Did an ultra with a friend in November. So much fun. And running a canal marathon with two friends next month both of whom I first met on an ultra last year. Running is brilliant. But this video - just epic

Thank you Jill, it was a really good day out! The majority of my running friends I've met, have been met at parkrun! If you'd like to run with like minded people, maybe a running club would suit you!

We only filled up a bottle at one pub en route, at the Eagle and sun. In seaosn I think a lot of the outdoor taps are working but that day nothing was. It wasn't warm so luckily didn't get through too much water! It's a great route, just maybe choose a drier day 🤣

@@itsonandy brill thanks. I think I know the pub. Last time I did from droitwich back and blew through 1.5l of water in no time but then again it was closer to 30c! Maybe a colder weather attempt is a better idea, may just wait for someone to clear the fallen trees 😄
