Running Washington DC 

My run in Washington DC, June 2017. Such s scenic place to run and lots of other runners about.
Really hot and humid - more than I am used to so I struggled.
It was my first time in America and I thought I'd try a run video rather than stopping to selfie.
Washington is nice to run around and has 3 "parkruns", so if you are there on a saturday, register and go run one
