I think that since "Meet The Queens" became such a big event most contestants just don't try as hard for their Entrance Look. They know everyone has already been saturated with multiple interviews of them for weeks before the first episode. We already know their style and personality in advance in a way that just wasn't there in the past because promotional material wasn't as 'detailed'.

Hey Yuhua, great content as always! Going back to entrance looks, like you said, I think Queens nowadays dial back their entrance looks in case they have to perform in them. However, I think it’s also because they might not want to get their clothes ruined in a photoshoot, like we saw in Season 1, Season 5, and last Season.

I dont mind when you can clock a reveal from miles away honestly! My mind immediately goes to someone like fantasia gaga or mimi marks where you know EXACTLY whats coming but they build up great tension. Morphine looked stun in both looks but it was a problem w execution and finesse. Overall i was still impressed w her tho

It's about time D.R publically credited the designers & artists of the Qweens looks. I feel like this should also happen on the show. After all, RPDR is snatching Emmys, so why not allow these artists, choreographers (re: talent show), designers, MUAs, hair stylists etc be eligible for specific categories pertaining to the Emmys?

Why does Mirage's Red Carpet Primere outfit look like a basic version of Rock M. Sakura's elimination outfit. 😭 I like the shoes and pop of color but the candy bead bra is crafty. Idk, maybe someone likes this but I think it needs some editing. I do LOVE the hair and the makeup, I agree about the skirt being black, it's just a harsh contrast.

I know dawns talent was all about clashing patterns and serving but tbh i feel like her clashing is low tier, esp since now with the red carpet look its just more of a handful of animal prints compared to someone like crystal who is an actual master of pattern clashing
