Sad that the broccoli look is the only thing people remember her for....... I was sooooo excited when I saw Dhalia and Nicki and then (like alexis said.... BAM) they were gone
I don't think it would have lasted long even if she hadn't been eliminated first, I don't think she would have made it to the final even, for the two episodes where she came out, we could see that she is not good at improvising or being "funny"
Unfortunately this is Rupaul’s Drag Race, and the show requires Talent. Tell Dahlia to join Project Runway or any sorts that requires only looks. She might win
But you know that's part of the show and so she does. She also didn't had the best dancing or lipsynching skills. She's a smart and gorgeous queen she just need to be fully baked. I hope she wait to return for an all-stars until she is ready. Now the franchise is expanding to Europe it would be so interesting to have a North America vs Europe All-stars!!!
@@elsanti4753 If you count the cheerleading challange as a dancing challange, at least since season 9, every season had a Rusical, an extra Rusical/performance/dancing challange, and the ru-mix. So I wouldn't say that this season in particular had a lot of dancing challanges (counting I'm That Bitch and You Don't Know Me as the same challange)
I live for Aiden’s drag. She had limited funds (I believe barely over a few thousand dollars for the entire season) and she brought me my favorite looks on the runway, while all not glamorous, unique at that. She wasn’t going to win, but she showed that anyone can do drag.
Aiden wasn't perfoing well in a competition environment but oh god her runways were so on point. You can't deny she had a good sense of her image and they all tell us a little but about Aiden and her personality
@@nicu227 period. I think if she returned for All Stars she’d have a good shot at winning. They loved her style of cartoonish horror almost half as much as Crystal’s mullet, which is saying something. She’s a good contender for something like all stars 7 or something.
We've had a lot of queens who are considered "unique, different, edgy" and whatever else, but Aiden still manages to be a standout to me. I love the way she paints her face. She has a nice and realized aesthetic. I could look at a lot of her looks and say "Yup, that's an Aiden Zhane look" without also feeling "Oh yeah... I knew she was gonna do that". I'm excited to see what she could come up with in the future with more funds to use for drag. Her run on Drag Race wasn't smooth but she'll age like fine wine with time.

Nah i think Nicki would have done better than her. Dhalia had good looks, but also a couple of bad one. Nicki however was serving us the right stuff everytime.
@@DN-xi6ge Hmmm, disagree, Honestly, Nicky's looks (almost all of them dressed) were very pretty, she seemed even a professional brand model, but her looks lacked a touch of drag and less model in my opinion, it is as if they were very fashion but not very funny or interesting to observe
Nicky is so classy and beautiful ,very elegant too . Dahlia is sexy ,outrageous ,bondage ,a combination of Violet Chachki and Raja ,very unique R.Sakura ,she’s anime ,colorful and she has a great personality They all 3 got eliminated too early

So in summary: We got screwed over by not being able to see all of Dahlia and Nicky's looks, as well as some of Rock's and even Brita's purple. Rock M's looks were very alternative, as in they keep switching from being stunning to being weird. Aiden's purple look is clever we can't help but stan.

It's sad how the producers weren't interested in keeping Dhalia in the season just for giving us THE LOOKSSSSSS that she brought. The producers could've easily saved her changing the Buttons and Bows category for another one, (like any of the other categories) just to keep her and saving her from the bottom two for her look. even though, being honest, beyond her looks I don't see her with a lot of another skills to keeping up with the competition)
Dahlia, baby, now THAT is how you turn a look. It should literally be illegal that they made her wear that damn broccoli outfit the whole season when she had all those stunning looks. I mean, did you see that purple look? Willy Wonka Violet fantasy... And her frozen look, gobsmacked. Now THAT is how you do an ice cream look GIgi.
OMG this just shows that this season had some amazing talent AND fashion Queens! 💚 Dahlia, Rock and Nicky for sure would have kiiillled the runway in their looks. I loved Brita's purple look too, she looked amazing. :)
This video just reminds me how strong, look wise, every single season 12 Queen was! I feel like even the worst outfits of season 12 would still beat out certain looks from previous seasons.
If Dahlia and Nicky were put on season 3 with all the fashion challenges they would’ve ate the season up. I hope they get another shot because they went home too early, acting challenge as first challenge just isn’t stunning.
Damn, Dahlia really had AMAZING looks that she never got to wear on the show. Aiden's looks are... not good. They look like they're just low efforts. With her finale look she said on Instagram that she did that so the haters would shut up and that it proves that she doesn't only do plain looks. But like if you can do something that sophisticated, why didn't you DO sophisticated looks-- I don't get it.

Season 12 was just so strong these looks are all amazing. Like for real if Dahlia and Nicky wouldn't have been eliminated this soon they may have been top 4 potential with all these looks. Too bad there was too much acting, not every Drag Queens are versed on that and it kinda lend to just one side of Drag on Drag Race. Also I think if Aiden didn't have the money issue she would have gotten a little further I think, she kinda had an original aesthetic that really wasn't fully expressed because money was an issue to her. She really had grown since the end of the season her looks are amazing. But the acting on Drag Race it's too much sometimes, like All Stars 5, a lot of Queens who got amazing drag got sent early because they didn't made you laugh or because of stuffs like that but I know it makes for good tv but sometimes there's so much it really put a handicap on most Queens. But aside from that it was one flawless season... if there wasn't THAT issue.
When they apply for drag race they know they have to have at least some knowledge of how to dance, act, maybe sing?, and perform just in general. No shade but besides looks Dahlia, Aiden, & Nicky didn’t really add much to anything else. The only way they would’ve made it past week 3 would be if there were 7 design challenges and tbh we don’t even know if they can actually make outfits.
Even I think she's a extra and quite funny, for the ones that think that Nicky Doll it's just a Look Queen, well she is THE LOOK QUEEN! OMG stunning outfits, she's serve, she pose, she own everything.
