I've never seen -- or felt -- a polisher like this one. And it's pretty awesome.
This is a cordless polisher, unveiled officially at SEMA 2022, that you can put 3 inch pads on and use in myriad ways. It's also a tool you could use to restore headlights.

The flex battery polisher can add a 1inch polish pad to one of their polishers, I doubt this Rupes polisher can do that.

Battery technology is not here. Corded polishers never run out of power and there is not a battery life cycle

To get a good run time 40v, the battery would be huge and way too big for a small polisher.

@@danparker6341 The DeWalt 60v (54v) are pretty bulky and heavy. Also they won't give you a lot of run time unless you go for a 9ah or higher as the ah ratings are at 18v not 54v hence divide by 3. The Makita batteries are also much larger than these Rupes ones and would make a tool like this much bulkier and heavier. I'm all for higher voltage when it's needed however this polisher seems to have plenty of power so I don't see why you'd want more voltage for the sake of it.
