Listen this Ruqaya daily atleast 5 to 6 times , start after Fajr salah , on hearing this ,you feel unbearable pain and movements in your body , and also get feeling like sleep and vomiting and motion, Don't fear i have face all this problems,. The bad calamities go through vomit n motion dont worry about this. I felt better after listening this and perform salah (Namaz) dont miss ,i know in this condition it is very tough to perform but dont miss perform 5 times atleast 4 Farz Namaz. And Read Daroode Ibrahim (That which read in Namaz) and Surah Fatiha (1st surah of Quran) and 4 Quls much as you can .. Start with recite 11 times then slowly increase the counts of reciting this, I know even reading 11 times is tough in this condition,but you have no option ..

The only solution for this disease is 1 Perform 5 times Namaz 2 listening Ruqaya atst 5 to 6 ,(i used to listen 8 times daily with other Ruqayas too from 6am to 9pm😢, very tough days i have faced ). 3 a.Then Read Darrode Ibrahim b.Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Aalamin Surah C.4 Quls (Kaafireen Falaq Iqlas Nas ) D Astagfirullah Tazbi and blow on your hands and rub the head, face and front back side all body parts, and blow on water ,(blow like a very small drop of saliva have mix in water), then drink. 4 and do much much Duas and ask forgive ness from Allah. Don't loose hope On Allah one day He answer your Prayers and Dua's.. Iam also waiting for ALLAH's Mercy since from last 4 years ,actually from last7 years. I came to know about this disease since from 4years.
