@@adnabandasha3201 senna leaf 🍃 should make you use the bathroom you’ll feel the sihr in your stomach it’s like gum painful or you’ll throw up 🤮. Take sidr powder fill the tub every night before bed 30 mins sit in it. Prayers on time and no sinning

Before I was feeling a tightness and heaviness in my shoulders and the muscles around my mouth were somewhat tight, after I listen to this it lessened by a great deal, but did not completely go away and while I was listening to it three/fourths in I feel twitching in my both of thighs close to my groin. Everything happens by the will of Allah. How can you ask such a question. We must obey Allah. The prayer is a must and must be established 5 times a day. Regardless of whether Allah decides to relieve your affliction or not. The Ruqya is just a means so only Allah can cure and this is just a Ruqya created with the best of effort and intention. We must try our best and listen with the intention of cure knowing fully well that the cure is with Allah.
