Chris Tucker was a comedian and one of his famous sketch was impersonating Michael Jackson, He also is a very close friend of MJ. You would see many MJ references from Chris. Jackie and Chris are also best friends and you can see how great the chemistry is, cant wait for you to watch part 2

Yes, Chris Tucker was a stand up comedian first before he got into movies. He was absolutely hilarious with the stand up he did on Def Comedy Jam back in the early 90's. Y'all should check it out.

Fun Fact: The first time Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan met was when they had a sit down with the Director. Half way through the meeting, Chris leaned over to the director and said, “I don’t understand a word he (Jackie) be saying!” When the meeting was over, Chris left first and Jackie pulled the director to the side and said, “I like Chris Tucker but I can’t understand a word he says!” Bonus: I met Mark Rolston (FBI Agent Russ) and he told me how when the film was finished, Jackie Chan rented out Planet Hollywood restaurant and invited everyone who worked on the movie and asked them to bring their families. Mark brought his family along and told me how nice Jackie was to his family.

Early film with Jackie Chan in America is probably Enter the Dragon ( Bruce Lee film ). He had a very small part in it. I think Bruce actually hit Chan during filming and checked up on him during filming to ensure he was ok.

Rumble in the Bronx is Jackie Chan's first major US based film, regarding Bruce Lee, he was in Enter the Dragon as one of the guards that Bruce beats up with the nun-chucks. I would not say Jackie fought Bruce in that film, more like he got beat up by Bruce in that film. I think he is also an Extra in many scenes during the Tournament, he was also an extra in Fist of Fury (Bruce lee)

Love the kitties fighting before a action comedy movie.

This wasn't the first movie Jackie did in America but it was the first really successful one and satisfying for him. I think his first was a cameo on "Cannonball" from the beginning of the 80s but wasn't much more of a couple of scenes. I agree with the other comments, you'll like the sequels! My best regards from Chile! 🤗

You need to watch Rush Hour II and Rush Hour III. If you enjoy the chemistry between Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker watch Shanghai Noon and Shanghai Knights. Shanghai Noon is the first film but this time Jackie Chan teams up with Owen Wilson. If you enjoy watching Jackie Chan watch some of his earlier films. “Rumble in the Bronx” “First Strike” and “Bleeding Steel” in which he filmed a scene on the sails of our Sydney Opera House. An interesting fact about Jackie Chan. He was scheduled to film a scene on top of the World Trade Centre at 7am on September 11th 2001 but the script wasn’t ready in time so they cancelled the shoot. Less than two hours later planes would crash into the World Trade Centre causing the towers to fall. The film in which Jackie Chan starred with Bruce Lee was “The Big Boss” (1971).
