In today's vlog: Thanksgiving 2023 looked a little bit different for our big family this year! We started out spending the day at home with family but ended up with an unexpected ending to the day when we had to rush Gretchen to the emergency room to get an xray to see if her leg was broken.

Aww... glad u invited ur neighbor over on Thanksgiving. No one should be alone on Thanksgiving. I made Thanksgiving dinner this yr. The turkey was the biggest stress for me. It was a small one. Have some leftovers stored in the freezer for later. Jello salad was my fave thing. It's the dessert. Since it's a few of us for dinner, I simplify it. Love hearing Jagger talk. The food looked delicious. Get well soon, Gretchen! 🦃

My husband and I were just talking about those popping biscuits containers. Peel the wrapper and never knowing when they would pop. Today’s kids just get those surprises opening the containers.

🦃 - So sorry Gretchen hurt her ankle! Be careful on your crutches darlin' - I once sprained my ankle and the next day, thanks to the crutches, I fell down the stairs and broke my arm!!! It was NOT a fun time! 😊

I watched "The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade". For a feast, I ate turkey, ham, dressing, mac-&-cheese, corn pudding, collard greens, jellied cranberry sauce and rolls. I drank tea. For a dessert, I ate a wedge of a chocolate dream pie. 🦃

Hey I am sorry to hear about Gretchen ankle and it's painful becuse it happened to me 2 year's ago and now I have Arthritis in my right ankle full force and I usually have problems walking on my right ankle but I have something for the pain that I take and our weather is just crazy and we will have snow soon becuse of the temperatures were having and it sucks and we also get very bad windchillds too and since last year I kept getting head colds but I haven't been sick so far and I hope everyone is okay down there and please be safe.

🦃 That’s a Thanksgiving I would like. I love Italian food, and I’m not big on the traditional turkey and stuffing. I can eat it, it’s just not my favorite. Only had Buca once, when it was catered to the former Justin Timberlake golf event in Vegas, & I was a volunteer. I should go again, really enjoyed the food. Happy Holidays.
