I didn't get very far because it felt like to me, way too much could be decided just by choices made pre match. Does that actually end up being true or is it more about macro decisions and micro at the top level? I know it's very new I'm not asking for an expert meta summation. Just wanna know if it really feels like it comes down to choices in game.

​​​​@@jpVari That can definitely happen with some of the more polarizing Tier 1 matchups or if you don't have good anti-air, but there are well-rounded decks that can respond with tactics, timings and/or tech ups. Because you can just bank resources and instantly make units, there are ways to "option-select" against certain strategies with delayed tech-ups/expansions, for example. Specially against units that fall off in the mid-game like Wasps.

The man has reinvented himself. I haven't watched tasteless for years but over the last week I have binged 100% of his battle aces content.

Tasteless also had his third base destroyed shortly after. and even lost his second shortly after that. but he destroyed his army because he didn't have sufficient anti air to deal with katbus

yes but you have to be in an economylead for suddendeath, otherwise you are forced to push main core you don't want a too defensive deck (turrets are just not good)

@@MrTBSC turrets and heavy turrets both need buffs so bad... wtf why did they make them so useless... unless thats intentional for beta not wanting ppl to use turrets during beta testing?

is already, people quickly drop the bulwark, standard starforge people pick at least one antiground airunit such as dragonfly or falcon, so they leave their main AA option in advanced starforge

Die hard SCBW fan here. Thought this game looked like trash, but tried it out and really enjoyed it. I'll be participating in the next beta too if I get a key.
