With Spark Man taken out of the picture, no worker was left to step up as the boss. As such, the factory was left as vulnerable as all getout, and was running out of control. By the time Doc Metal and Doc Quick came, the place had pretty much run itself down to the core, leaving the 2 Docs to finish the job. Now, in one last plea, the factory calls on Mega Man once again, with hopes that the place that the workers once called an environment of "creativity, hard work, determination, and confidence" could be restored to the former glory that it once held to before the mess Dr. Wily and the Doc Robots made.
