Russell Crowe is an Academy Award-winning actor, often considered one of Hollywood's most gifted performers. Born in New Zealand in 1964, Crowe moved to Australia at a young age and found success in television before breaking into film. His acclaimed roles in L.A. Confidential, Gladiator, A Beautiful Mind, and The Insider earned him a Best Actor Oscar in 2001. Crowe is also an acclaimed musician and has released a number of albums with his band 30 Odd Foot of Grunts.

All the people having a go at Rusty for his looks just shows how shallow these people are. I appreciate he, unlike 98% of Hollywood hasn’t done plastic surgery. The amount of people in society who are more plastic than human cos they pump themselves full of filler, Botox etc just so they can look 20 when they are 50 is disgusting. Russell is a method actor if he plays an overweight dude he will put weight on rather than be in a fat suit, if he plays a guy who is trim he will lose weight to match what that character is. If the character has a beard he grows a beard, if a character has long hair he grows his hair.
