they nearly choked again in the fourth. dumbass shots, fouling a three point shooter, westbrook only taking threes except for his one drive, and waiters making a stupid inbounds pass after an obvious foul nearly leading to an L. But yea, they did play their hearts out for the first 40ish minutes.
so did the spurs? the point is the refs ruined an amazing game. if that was called it would have been a tech which means 1 free throw and the ball to set up a potential game winner or over time which would have made the game even better but instead we get this bullshit and both teams feel cheated
The spurs were 42-1 at home this season coming into tonight's game. Green fouled Durant on that inbound pass play, Kahwi held on to Westbrook's shirt, aldridge went nuclear again. the spurs had a 3 on 1 fast break for the win.and yet despite it all, the spurs are now 42-2 at home and the series is 1-1.Do not define this play as a GAME CHANGER.
the refs were trash this game. people sayin a foul shouldve been called on waiters but a foul couldve been called on ginobili to for crowding waiters on the inbounds play. okc earned the w so get over it.
Dell Pc23 He's only going there mostly because of the money. I can just imagine Skip Bayless on Fox Sports talking about the Cowboys every chance he gets.
honestly the refs were complete shit on both sides calling all the small stuff and leaving out the clear fouls Dion did foul manu there are many different ways to look at it but he made contact I doubt he meant to he was just trying to create space and messed up, but honestly when he threw the ball to kd kd got fouled and then the spurs got the ball back and got a good shot irdk why everyone's so mad bc it's not like the spurs didn't get the ball they ended up getting the ball anyways. If serge can not fall for every fake and guard lamarcus the thunder will win this series no doubt. In the end the thunder deserved this win no matter how they got it.
Aldridge going 2k12 Dirk on OKC. Interesting to see if OKC can win both games at home. If SAS steal one then i've got a feeling they'll win the series.
Well, if you're going to be dogmatic about the offensive foul on Waiters, you'd also have to cite Ginobili for not giving Waiters the required 3 feet to throw in the ball. Whatever the case, the official standing right by the inbounds play may have blown it in several ways, including possibly allowing more than 5 seconds...
Westbrooks my boy and all and my 2nd fav player but sometimes pass the ball to kd and let him handle the ball bruh kds at his best when he handles the ball stepbacks and poppin jumpers.
Tbh I don't care who wins the series but I don't agree with the notion that the Spurs would've won if that call had been made. They got the steal anyways and had multiple chances at the rim against a scrambling defense. Plus we don't know if the call would be a technical, violation, etc.
Chris Webber kept it 💯 none of that "questionable non-call" stuff it was a straight up blatant foul right in front of the ref, Spurs were robbed of a possession that could've easily won them the game. Smh.
He finally realised he is the fastest guy in the NBA and about that call ginobili stepped out of bounds and was too close ginobili is a bonafide flopper, that didnt help kd was fouled too by danny and kawhi held westbrook thunder didnt get calls the whole game so that evens it And spurs still had the timeeout couldve called but they airballed the shot
Yeah, ref No.8 keep you head down and play with your cloth. Haha. @4:22 The moment when you know you were in trouble, and A raged Popovich is coming after you.
Who cares if it was an offensive foul? The Spurs still had 10 seconds to score. Mills passed up an easy layup and Ginobili tried to be fancy with that slow ass pass that took 5 seconds to get there.
Hes too outta control , How u dont pass the ball for 6 out of 7 possesions? Then he never wanna give KD the ball when he calls for it smh KDs outta here #StayMe7o
+MTNtf2 It would be interesting to see CP3 throwing passes to Durant, Kanter, Adams and Ibaka. Not to mention they would run a completely different offense to the Iso ball they play now. Westbrook on the Clippers would be interesting too. The explosiveness of Westbrook, DeAndre and Blake would be off the charts, although, I do think that team would regress as Russ would be the primary ball handler. Maybe Doc would sort him out? Who knows though, I don't think it would be a straight swap, I think it should be CP3 + a 2nd round pick for Westbrook as CP is getting on in age.
+MTNtf2 why are u talking as if cp3 is that relevant of a player anymore? i don't understand how cp3 would make the team unbeatable considering wb get's just as many assists as him, if not more. and please, okc is the only team in the nba with 2 superstars, and we're just fine.
+Justin Chance-Squires He is not relevant because he doesnt have Durant in his team and doesnt ballhog? Ok then. Also enjoy your 2 superstars while it lasts
+MTNtf2 Cp3 has one of the top PF, One of the top rebounding Centers, one of the best shooters ever, The best 6th man ever, a veteran in Paul pierce. There's even more, so don't sit here and say westbrook has a better supporting cast than CP3. Plus Cp3 doesn't have the type of chemistry with Kd like westbrook has.
