Game 3 of the 2010 NBA Playoffs, Lakers at Thunder. I couldn't find any other videos on RU-vid that show how great Oklahoma City's crowd is, and I found this clip just collecting dust on my hard drive.
If Clay Bennett wasn't such a cheap pos they could have won a title. Now look at them... in bum fk OKC nobody wants to play there because it's a crap city with nothing to do. That's what Clay gets for taking Seattle's team away.
I remember this series and being so happy for Oklahoma City making their "first" playoff appearance. That squad of Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Jeff Green and Serge Ibaka was underrated as hell. People especially sleep on how lethal the KD and Jeff Green duo was because they weren't together very long.
+Kamren Zinzow I hope next year in 2017 when Harden once again becomes a free agent he will consider joining forces with Westbrook and Durant again. The Big 3 of Westbrook, Harden and Durant made it to the finals once I hope they come back together to win a couple of championships.
Kamren Zinzow You don't think it will happen? they're still best of friends off the court Harden, Westbrook and Durant. All three a triple double threats, MVP candidates and scoring champs. I think it would be a great combo and me as a Basketball fan would like to see how Westbrook, Harden and Durant compare against Curry, Thompson and Green.
As an OKC fan, this gives me chills every time I watch it. I could only imagine how it felt to be there hearing thousands of other people cheering for such a great young team! Awesome video!
Lifelong bulls fan but I remember looking forward to these games because I LOVED this thunder team. I was kinda sad seeing harden go. Had he stayed on the thunder, I think the OKC could have been a dynasty.
Man I miss this team more than anything. Also it was really cool how the commentators went silent so everyone could listen to how deafening the crowd was.

They won it in 2015, lost in 7 games 2016. The Warriors have the best roster in the league right now. They are looking like they are going to win the championship this year and have a good shot at it for the next 2 years, as their best players will still be in their prime then. Are you pretending that the Cavaliers are doing better than them?
You know... this is old but every now and then I'll come back and watch. I'm devastated what happened to this team but I come back and watch this and still get chills. I love this team and will for the rest of my life. #ThunderUp
Bob Myers did what Sam presti wouldn’t do. He kept a team of stars together at all costs. There would be no warrior or heat dynasty if they kept this team together.
Its mainly the cities that dont have a lot of professional sports teams to support because thats all they have. For Toronto is different because your professional sports teams support your whole entire country. Not just a certain city or state
I admit I still have Harden and Durant on OKC... in NBA2k17... and I'm from Boston and I'm a Celtics fan... but I just f'n love this era of the Thunder!

I saved the best for last in my last post. BIG ups to Westbrook for being that classic franchise guy I LOVE this guy even with the turnovers he makes up for it in so many other avenues. Saddest part about all of this Russ started to utilize his amazing passing skills MORE as the talent around him diminished. This is it! The first ever game I saw of this team. Became a lifetime Russ fan.. man that jam on Odom lmao. 3 future MVPs all on one team and you lost every single player. You made a Finals and lost to LeBron n Wade prime, pay Harden and sand the f pat.
Blame the NBA man they rigged it so hard that one season for the heat to win those finals especially with all the flopping they were getting away with.

Sometimes the best commentating is silence. You never want to ruin a moment by yapping your mouth during a play which should be cherished. Of course, this doesn't really fall under that category. Nice up, though
maybe trading harden was a bad decision because they went form going to the finales to not making the playoffs. i know KD got hurt and they didn't have cap for james harden but they should have traded ibaka or something to make room for your big 3 like miami.

its bittersweet to watch this video...BUT IT FELT REALLY GOOD AT THE SAME TIME. I think about serge James harden, KD and Russ still playing together. A lot of ppl don't remember but the real icing on the cake was when they had all of these guys plus a small forward out of Georgetown by the name of Jeff Green. Unfortunately the least creative coach of all time was leading the charge with this talent n the front office thought it better to keep Kendrick Perkins over harden at the end of the day smdh idiots
