The guy is just explosive at times. Pretty cool to watch. But I agree, both are gonna grow with experience. I kinda bag on Wilson sometimes because of so many Kap haters. Plus I like all the teams in the division except the hawks.

continued: after Russel proved he was good enough to hang with others in this passing league he succeeded at a very fast rate. When given the opportunity to run the offense we went from 32nd in passing yards to like 16 by like week 13 or 14 which tells you they had him on a slow start meaning if he was given the opportunity he probably would have had close to 4000 yards in the season.
Wilson's was better, the catcher didn't even have to move because the ball came right into his glove. Yes Kap's was faster, but Russell's was just so smooth, and accurate.
+925lexi please do not make claims like that if you don't know much about baseball. if you watch another video you'll see that wilson's was also wide by quite a bit. the difference is that both the catchers were right handed, but kaepernick's pitch was to the left, and wilson's was to the right. and you can see wilson wore cleats while kaepernick wore basketball shoes, lol.

To be fair RG3 is coming off a major knee injury with a terrible secondary. The Niners have a good D, the Seahawks have the best D. Also the NIners have had the tougher schedule with three playoff teams. The Failure and Successes of these teams does not lie heavily on them yet they are still young. Look at their stats so far this year and they do not wow you in anyway, it does not mean they are weak though.
dont get me wrong, there is no doubt RW and CK are ridiculously good QBs, but i believe RW had as much as CK did to take their teams to the SB. its just the seahawks defense fell threw in the falcon's game.

yes, but you can't say wilson dosen't have an arm, hes got an arm he rarely does lob passes, he usually bullets it right to the receiver, he used to play baseball hes got a great arm

I don't blame him for keeping his options with baseball open. The only problem most baseball players have after their career is a couple sore muscles. Not pleasant but certainly not disabling. With football you risk memory loss, severe mood disturbances, depression, etc. In high school I had a couple coaches who played in the NFL as back ups and all of them walked with significant limps. Heck one of them could barely walk upright. Not to mention the pay in baseball is a lot better then that of the NFL.
I'd take a quarterback who could get a first down by scrambling 80% or more of the time than someone who can hit a long bomb 30-40% of the time. Its a new day in age and throwing isn't the only aspect of a good quarterback.

I'm a huge Niner fan but to be honest I like Russel Wilson better than Kaep, he has the throws the smarts and the legs. Kaep, to me, still has to prove his worth although he's not that much behind Wilson. I mean, considering he hasn't had a full season.

You are talking about the old quarterback rating, not QBR. Russell had better quarterback rating, but Kap had better QBR. two different things. look it up

I'm willing to bet money that Kaep will have a more successful career and this following season will throw for more YDs AND TD passes and Rush for more yards. Colin played less than half a season and still racked up 10 TD passes, and 1800 passing yards. with only 3 INT. Wilson had 3100 yards the entire season. Colin got more than half that in less than half the games. So they are close in skill. Add SF's O line and it's a done deal.
The faster you are the less accurate Colin needs to control his arm to an accurate level it's hard to combine speed with accuracy. I pretty sure if his ball was slowed to 75 he could hit the target

Stop hatin on kap. Hes has accomplished more than wilson has and the only thing that differs them is the fact that wilson has a loud home field. Wilson has been terrible on the road and so far 49ers and kap have been the road warriors so far this year. Fact is #1 or #2 seed hasnt won the big one in a while bcuz of this fact. All I did was state facts there buddy no excuses. Did RG3 not have major knee surgery? Did the niners not play three playoff teams in their first four weeks? How many times has RW3 thrown for over 200 yards this year? How many times has Kaep thrown for over 200 yards this year? Their passing stats are average at best and that is a fact. They don't need to carry their teams like Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady because they have a good overall team. Does Kaep have to play better yes. Same with RG3.
im not a kaepernick fan at all the seahawks are one of my favorite teams but russell really proved collin wrong with that pitch but then again he did play baseball in the pro's for a little bit
